Fruity chocolate - cream cheese strawberry shortcakes.
Many thanks to those nice people from Philadelphia who gave their permission for us to use these recipes.
Ingredients
Printable 🖨 shopping 🛒 list & 👩🍳 method for this recipe
- 90 g Philadelphia with Cadbury
- 6 lemon shortbread thins
- 90 g strawberries, sliced
Method
- Spread 6 of the shortbread thins with the Philly and pile high with the strawberry slices. Use any crumbs to decorate the tops (optional).
Variations
Fresh, stoned black cherries can be used in place of the sliced strawberries. If liked serve dusted with a little icing sugar.
