Hot chili tortillas filled with Welsh Dragon vintage cheddar cheese and salad. No cooking required, what could make a nicer snack?

Method

  1. Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon of chill sauce
  2. Top each tortilla with lettuce, sliced onion, tomato, chicken and avocado
  3. Sprinkle with coriander and grated cheese, then season to taste. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly, serve immediately
