  1. Pour the oil into the bowl and heat 3 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 1.
  2. Next, add the garlic, anchovies and mushrooms and for another 3 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 3.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and cook 15 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Reverse blade / Speed Spoon.
  4. Allow to cool a little, transfer to a container and refrigerate.
