This version is the ham, mozzarella and pineapple version - and very good it is too.

Method

  1. Pre-heat the grill to high as you can get it
  2. Set the pizza stone about 8 cm (3") below the heat source or the pizza may burn
  3. Dust the work surface with fine yellow cornmeal and then stretch or roll the dough into two thin rounds
  4. Grill the pizza for about 2 minutes on one side only or until browned.
  5. Remove from the oven, flip over and add the topping.
  6. First give a little drizzle of olive oil then layer the ham cheese and pineapple over the pizza.
  7. Add a drizzle of olive oil and bake for for 3 to 5 minutes (depending on how hot your oven is) or until the cheese browns a little. Watch it carefully as it's easy to burn at such a high heat.
  8. Serve!
