Flavoured butters (TM)

This recipe requires you to make your own butter first.
Ingredients
- 600g double cream (35% fat minimum)
- 30g chives, chopped
- 10g celery salt
- 6 semi-preserved anchovy fillets
Method
- Make the butter according to this recipe using 600g cream.
- Once made, the butter can be flavoured to your taste.
- Add your chosen ingredients to the butter in the bowl and mix 5 seconds / Speed 5.
Serving suggestions
The flavoured butters can be used as a sauce in hot plates of pasta, baked potatoes, meat or fish.
