Barbeque sauce (TM)
This is a translation of a recipe in Salsas y Aliños con Thermomix (Susaeta Ediciones)
- 8 anchovy fillets, drained
- 150g mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Cloves garlic
- 300g red wine
- 100g olive oil
- 250g chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Pour the oil into the bowl and heat 3 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 1.
- Next, add the garlic, anchovies and mushrooms and for another 3 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 3.
- Add the remaining ingredients and cook 15 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Reverse blade / Speed Spoon.
- Allow to cool a little, transfer to a container and refrigerate.
