Method

  1. Saute finely chopped onion in butter and then stir in flour to make a roux.
  2. Stir in smoked ham, then mashed potatoes and sazonador.
  3. Remove from heat and season to taste.
  4. Refrigerate.for at least one hour.
  5. Roll out croquettes, then dip in egg and bread crumbs.
  6. Deep fry until golden brown.
