  1. Peel and chop the avocados and onion.
  2. Wash and chop the tomatoes and remove the seeds.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the lemon half.
  4. Put the avocado, tomato, onion, coriander and lemon juice into the bowl.
  5. Beat at Speed 4 to obtain a thick purée.
  6. Add the salt, pepper and sugar and blend again at Speed 4.
