Ingredients

- 150g extra virgin olive oil
- 150g water
- 350g plain / cake flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- Put the oil in the bowl and set 3 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 2.
- Add the remaining ingredients 20 seconds / Speed 4.
- Continue in the same manner as the empanada or roll out thinly with a rolling pin and cut circles the size you want the empanadillas to be.
- The dough can be baked or fried.

Variations
You can substitute some, or all of the water with other liquid (orange juice, wine etc.)
