Garlic yogurt

In Turkish it is called samersakli yogurt and is a good dip for spicy food

  1. In a mortar and pestle, grind the garlic to a paste with the sea salt
  2. Add the milk to the garlic and mix
  3. Pour the milk into the yogurt and mix well
  4. Pour into a bowl and serve

Serving suggestions

Serve chilled. It is the usual accompaniment for dolmas.
