Shrimp cakes

We have a number of recipes for Prawn balls (or shrimp balls for those outside of the UK):

• Robin's shrimp cakes - probably the nicest of the recipes.
• Deep fried prawn balls
• Steamed prawn balls
• Poached prawn balls
• Sesame prawn fritters, not prawn balls, but similar in taste.
• Crab cakes, again, not prawn balls, but similar in taste.
