Snøfrisk cheese
Snøfrisk (“Snow-Fresh”) is a Norwegian goat cheese made by Tine. It was introduced to the public in time for the 1994 Winter Olympics. Made from 80 percent goats' milk and 20 percent cows' milk, the cheese is white and creamy, and soft enough to be used as a spread.
