This is a warm Spanish sauce for salads and vegetables

Method

  1. Chop the nuts in the bowl 3-4 seconds / Speed 4
  2. Remove and reserve
  3. Next, put the rest of the ingredients into the bowl 4 minutes / 60° / Speed 4
  4. Add the reserved nuts 1 minute / 60° / Speed 1.

Serving suggestions

Use this sauce for salads of endives, raw spinach, asparagus, chicory, cabbage, lettuce etc. Also for cooked vegetables.
