A rather stunning and definitely unusual wreath-shaped salad recipe from South Caernarfon Creameries, the award-winning Welsh cheese makers.

  1. Arrange the salad leaves on a large flat platter in the shape of a wreath
  2. Carefully place the apple slices on the salad leaves
  3. Sprinkle over the cheese and walnut halves, top with pomegranate seeds and cranberries
  4. Mix together the salad dressing and drizzle over the salad. Season to taste
  5. Serve immediately

Serving suggestions

Perfect with cold ham or left-over turkey
