Cotswold Greek Style cheese
Cotswold Greek Style cheese is produced by Simon Weaver on his farm in Upper Slaughter in Gloucestershire. It is an organic cows' milk cheese made with vegetarian rennet and the cows graze on the clover meadows of the Cotswold hills. Similar to Feta, this fresh and tangy Greek style cheese is ripened in brine and every cheese is traditionally made with organic cultures.
The cheese won a Silver Medal in the 2011 British Cheese Awards.
