Tomme de Lozère cheese

Tomme de Lozère is a thermised, cows' milk cheese produced by Mme. Mireille Trémolière of Laiterie Rissoan at Luc in the Lozère département of Languedoc-Roussillon. The milk comes from Lozère and Ardèche and a low fat version is also available.

Weight: about 2 kg

Dimensions: 20cm diameter - height 7cm

Maturing: 5 weeks

Type: This cheese is smooth and creamy, with a bloomy rind.

Flavour: creamy and melting in the mouth.

To serve: You can enjoy it melted on baked potatoes and sausages.
