- 12 vine leaves
- 12 slices of pancetta
- 200g (7 oz) pecorino cheese, thinly sliced
Method
- Flatten the vine leaves
- Lay a slice of pancetta on each
- Smother with pecorino cheese
- Roll or fold the leaves
- Cook on an oiled barbecue plate for 2 minutes a side
Variations
Add a dash of garlic olive oil on each vine leaf
Maybe a few chili flakes
