Origin

This tomette contains added herbes de provence, grains of pepper, red berries, a bay leaf and is soaked in olive oil. It is kept in plastic packaging to preserve freshness. The olive oil and herbs permeate the fresh cheese slowly, and little by little, reveal all the flavours of Provence. This gives it a fruity and aromatic aftertaste.

Made from unpasteurised goats' milk, the soft, fresh cheese weighs 100g and comes from Provence, It is matured for about 12 days.
