To get a better result saute the following ingredients on a pan: a teaspoon vegetable or olive oil, 1 chopped onion, 1 garlic clove, and 4 fresh chilies (aji amarillo). When they are golden brown, put them into a blender, add fresh cheese, a little milk to help blend the mixture and half a teaspoon lemon juice. Blend until you get a smooth sauce and then correct your seasoning with salt and pepper. At the end pour a bit of oil to make the sauce look even brighter.
