this reminds me of (can't think of a better description currently) cheese volcano bread. I thought it was on here but I can't find it in my current state. Will dig it out and make it next w/e. It's right up your street, and mine.

Ha, think of Ingrid Bergman and it might jog your memories! You very kindly sent me a recipe for it, but after my virus problems a couple of months ago, I lost it. I do have another recipe though. Enjoy your nosh and lash and the mincer sends you both (and your darling cats) a BIG HUG.
