Mornay sauce (TM)
This cheese sauce is a doddle to make.
- 100g Gruyère cheese
- 400g milk
- 200g single cream
- 50g flour
- 50g butter
- Nutmeg, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Grate the cheese for a few seconds / Speed 5.
- Add the rest of the ingredients 7 minutes / 90° / Speed 4.
