Masa para crêpes (Crêpe batter) (TM)
- 250g plain (all purpose) flour
- 500g milk
- 2 free range eggs
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- Tip all of the ingredients into the bowl and program 10 seconds / Speed 4
- Leave to rest for at least half-an-hour before using
Fry thinly in a buttered, shallow pan and add fillings, sweet or savoury, of your choice
