This delicious drink can is best made with mandarin oranges, but can be made with tangerines, clementines, oranges or a mixture of them all. An ideal way to use up a glut of citrus fruit.

Use 5 to 6 mandarins per person

  1. Using a juicer, extract the juice
  2. Pass the resulting juice through a coarse sieve to remove pips and pith etc.

Serving suggestions

Serve chilled, sprinkled with chopped mint leaves
