Labro cheese

Labro is a thermised, cows' milk cheese produced by Mme. Mireille Trémolière of Laiterie Rissoan at Luc in the Lozère département of Languedoc-Roussillon. The milk comes from Lozère and Ardèche.

Weight: 500g

Dimensions: 10cm diameter - 7.5cm height

Maturing: 3 to 4 weeks

Type: This is a soft, creamy, blue-veined cheese, with a bloomy rind.

Flavour: Soft and distinctive.

To serve: With nuts, figs and dried apricots to your taste.
