Specials

Gallybagger Mature: A 12 month old Gallybagger that is released every year at Christmas and only sold from Farmers' Market stalls in Newport and Ryde in December. Being unpasteurised and a year old, the flavour of this cheese is much more intense compared to the younger 4 month old version. Expect the texture to be a touch drier too, a characteristic that occurs the older the cheddars become.
