  2. Blend 4 minutes / 80° / Speed 4.
  3. Serve hot.

It accompanies all kinds of meat, especially pork, but also chicken, lamb and turkey. It is exquisite with fish, pulses and vegetables.

Variations

Curry sauce is one of the most popular in India. It is very aromatic, but mild. If you prefer more flavour add more curry powder or pepper.
