  1. Heat oil then soften onions and garlic until translucent
  2. Add chicken to brown
  3. Add brandy to deglaze the pan
  4. Add red pepper, tomatoes, herbs and seasoning
  5. Bring to boil then simmer for 30 mins

Plain rice or Crunchy jacket potatoes and a Green salad
