I read that pigs-in-blankets were getting smaller year by year. Thanks to Russell's Butchers of Upwell, Norfolk, it's not happening here!
Proper bacon and proper sausages, easy to make and easy to cook too, especially in an air-fryer.

- 1 Pack of Russell's Butchers of Upwell, Norfolk pork sausages
- 1 pack of Russell's Butchers of Upwell treacly bacon
- 7 large cocktail sticks
Method
- Wrap each of the sausages in one slice of tracley bacon
- Secure with a large cocktail stick
- Cook in the air fryer for 18 minutes at 180° C
- They are pretty substantial so you may even want to share one between two
