We visited Adam's fish van in Gorefield recently and were extremely impressed with the range of fresh fish and seafood on display. We bought some lovely crayfish to make a crayfish version of Salmon and prawn tagliatelle and also some dressed crabs to make a salad. Both were wonderfully fresh and are the main reason for my adding this page to Cookipedia. --Chef
