Fowler’s Chilli cheese

Fowler’s Chilli cheese is produced by Fowler’s of Earlswood, who moved from Derbyshire to Warwickshire in 1918. It is made with pasteurised cows' milk and vegetarian rennet.

There are two versions of this cheese - one is mild with just a layer of red crushed chillies and the other has full and hot flavour with the chillies being fully blended.

The cheese can be ordered online from Fowlers or you may wish to view their list of stockists.
