Method

  1. Chop the coriander
  2. Cut the onion & the tomato into fine slices
  3. Place the cactus into a bowl
  4. Mix the tender cactus La Costeña, coriander, apple vinegar La Costeña, black ground pepper, olive oil and salt

Serving suggestions

Place a lettuce leaf on a plate

Place the cactus over the lettuce with the tomato and feta cheese as a garnish
