  • Pupusa de chicharron; The original uses pork rinds, this version is slightly healthier
  • Pupusas de queso; Cheese pupusas
  • Curtido, sometimes used as a garnish for pupusas
  • Corn tortilla recipe - make your own pupusas or Dobladas with home-made maize tortillas.
  • Tlacoyos - not a recipe but a description of the tlacoyos which is similar to the Salvadoran pupusa
