Wow - you've been busy!

Hope you're enjoying this nice weather, been up to Halifax for a few days of debauchery, etc.

LOL, hope you had great time! NICE weather?? You may have had it in the east, but not here. Nice now, but very humid with thuderstorms earlier, numerous slugs, snails around, wind and as far as I can tell no improvement over next few weeks. Rain, rain and more bloody rain and clouds, hence been more active on CP and watching Spanish cookery programmes on laptop. Apart from today, it has been so cold that I have had to wear leggings under my skirts and woollen socks .... Grrr! JB xx

Oh dear. Well the weather was not brilliant in Halifax either, I'm sure you've seen the floods in that area on TV. However, it seemed to be quite nice wherever I was. (Sun shining out of my *****??) From the forecasts it seems that it was a good as it gets for the next few days. I'm probably also seeing life through rose-tinted lenses as I have now officially retired. :-) I'll still be doing the odd bits and bobs and still visiting the team in HX, but now with even less pressure, if that's possible. Hurrah!

Gosh officially retired! Well at least you will now have more time to get on with things. :-) JB xx
