Ingredients

- 3 teaspoons white wine vinegar or malt vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- Pinch of salt

- Mix all ingredients in a pan and simmer until the sauce thickens
Serving suggestions
Pour over cooked vegetables such as cabbage or carrots
