- 50g extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 400g courgettes (or marrow), cut into fingers
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Put the oil in the bowl 4 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 1
- Add the garlic, chop 6 seconds / Speed 5 and then 6 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 1
- Put the Butterfly on the blades, add the courgettes or marrow, salt and pepper 15 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed Spoon.
