St Endellion Brie is produced by the Gaylard family of Cornish Country Larder at Trevarrian near Newquay.
The cheese is made from full-fat pasteurised cows’ milk, double cream and vegetarian rennet. It is placed in ripening rooms where the white mould develops giving it a rich creamy, tangy, but not too strong flavour.
