Saint Agur Blue Délice (Marketed as Crème de Saint Agur in French speaking countries) a soft spreadable version of [[Saint_Agur_Blue_cheese|Saint Agur Blue Cheese]].  It is a soft [[blue cheese]] made from pasteurised [[cows' milk]] from the village of Monts du Velay, the mountainous Auvergne region of central France.

It is elaborately packaged in a 140g foil covered round, sat on a plastic mount covered by an octagonal box.
it spreads extremely well and is an ideal [[blue cheese]] for those who think they do not like blue cheeses. 

It has no rind and comes in foil to prevent the [[cheese]] from becoming more blue.

I pairs extremely well with [[Wholemeal loaf (75%)|crusty bread]] or a full bodied [[red wine]] or [[port]].
