Hi and thanks for your comment re the Irish breakfast picture. Please feel free to change it! As far as I am aware, it was not taken by a member of Cookipedia and looks as if it was from the public domain, eg Wikimedia Commons or other such sites. Personally I have never made or bought any white pudding so have nothing to replace the photo with. Have made a similar, Spanish, version of it though.
