A well balanced blend of traditional Moroccan Spices with a rich, flavourful low chilli kick and a refreshing Minty aftertaste, a superbly universal blend that’s great for marinating most meats and poultry prior to roasting, baking or barbecuing, try mixing with minced lamb or beef for delicious kebabs/burgers, or blending with mayonnaise for dips/ sandwich fillings, or mixing a little through freshly cooked couscous for delicious salad ideas.

Ingredients:

(Sugar, Dried Minced Red Pepper, Ground Cayenne (Cayenne, Paprika), Maize Starch, Salt, Dextrose, Garlic Powder, Dried Minced Onion, Ground Paprika, Crushed Chillies, Ground Coriander, Ground Black Pepper, Onion Granules, Modified Maize Starch, Citric Acid, Thickener (Guar Gum), Dried Oregano, Flavouring, Dried Rubbed Parsley, Anti Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Paprika Extract), Spices, Caraway, Mint, Chilli Granules, Chilli.

Recommended Usage Rate:

8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use:

Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
