This is a general question, but I am asking here as this is an example of page with this 'problem'. Should we write 'Tosèla' or 'Tosela'? --PaoloCastagna 17:15, 28 December 2011 (GMT)
Being a pedant, if Tosèla is correct (which I imagine it is) then personally I would spell it that way. However, for the benefit of non-Italians, who may do a search for it without the accent, it is probably advisable to do a blank redirect from this page, to a new page called Tosèla cheese. --JuliaBalbilla 17:33, 28 December 2011 (GMT)
Thank you, I'll do as you suggested from now own and fix existing names as I find them. --PaoloCastagna 11:15, 29 December 2011 (GMT)
Visitors email =stradadeiformaggi@gmail.com Message: Dear Mr Pank, I work for the Dolomite Cheese Route and reading your article about Tosčla and Tosčla di Primiero I found a mistake: infact, the origin of Tosčla is strictly related to Primiero valley. Outside you can find other fresh cheeses similar to Tosčla (e.g. Schiz in Belluno/Agordo province), but the Tosčla is only the one produced in Primiero valley in Trentino. Thanks for the attention, Francesca
