I remember many moons ago (1972??) I was at Geneva airport (which was far more high tech then, than Málaga was in 2008) and they were selling hot dogs. They cut baguettes in half, poked a hole down to the sealed end, lined it with English mustard and shoved a bloody great sausage down the hole. No idea what sort of sausage, but those who bought one thought it was wonderful. I'd love to try that with a veggie sausage but they are all too small --JuliaBalbilla 17:04, 5 November 2010 (GMT)

I have to say, the very best hot-dogs I have ever tasted were from a rusty old van in Boulogne-sur-Mer (Ferry day-trip about the same time as your Geneva visit). They were exactly the same as you describe. Wonderful! Nothing like the mean things they sell from British rat-burger vans.

I've just finished adding all of the Belazu recipes, just need to cook and photo them all now!

Have a nice weekend! --Chef 17:28, 5 November 2010 (GMT)

Thanks, have a good one yourself. Will be making the Belazu red cabbage and preserved lemons recipe over the weekend. Doing pickled onions at moment plus will need to finish off cheesecake in morning. Robin at work until Monday so can get on with things :-) I also need to ask you to tell me how to set up an automatic attribution link to pics and recipes from Javi Recetas http://www.javirecetas.com/ if I get permission to translate his recipes and use his pictures. I will give you more details when I have had a reply. BT --JuliaBalbilla 18:27, 5 November 2010 (GMT)
