This recipe has been taken verbatim from Belazu, though as witrh other of their recipes, I don;t belive they have been very well tested.
A cooking time of 2 hours (at mk 5 seems way to hot for way too long) - I will reduce the cooking time and temp and test.
I am also going to reduce the amount of chilli heat - 2 tbs of harissa * 2 chopped chillies seems pretty hot to me, and I like hot food.
And I've just noticed that the mince is already cooked before the 2 hours!
Since making the previous comment, I have decided to amend the original recipe quite considerably as it seemed unnecessarily complex and unlikely to succeed.
