Garlic
Just for Julia's benefit, I did mix up 2 cloves of crushed garlic with the onions, but I dare not sully the recipe by mentioning it!

for 2 with lots of gravy
400 g toms chopped
1 oxo
2 cloves garlic
150 g chopped onion
1 tbs mushroom ketchp
2 tsp worc sauce
1 tsp hot pepper
50 gm shitake
180 g steak
100 g kidney
2 tbs plain f
2 opinch mustard
2 pinch mixed herbs
