This is a very traditional dish in Mexico, it is mainly served as a snack, however in the center of Mexico it is not served with serrano chiles, instead it is sprinkled with bird chile (piquin chili). You prepare it as the recipe says in here, just replacing serrano chilis and sprinkle some bird chli.
