Roche de Thônes is a semi-hard, pressed, uncooked, unpasteurised cows' milk cheese from the Haute-Savoie département of the Rhône-Alpes region of France. It has a hard brown rind and a yellow interior which has numerous holes and cracks. It is a slightly tapered cylinder with a diameter of 10cm at the top and 13cm at the bottom, with a height of 9cm.
