Requesón de Cabra Sierra de Sevil is produced by Quesos Radiquero from pasteurised goats’ milk in Somontano in the province of Huesca. They are hand-made and the goats feed on shoots, fresh grass, berries and wild fruit in the Sierra de Sevil.

The fresh cheese is produced with the leftovers of the production of Sierra de Sevil and is creamy with a nice sweet taste. It can be served with honey, nuts and jams. It is also used with excellent results as an accompaniment to other dishes. It should be consumed within 15 days of its manufacture. It is sold in tubs of 250 g, 1 kg and 2 kg.
