About Quicke's Goats' cheese

Quicke's Goat’s is a hard, pasteurised goats' milk Cheddar type cheese which is produced on a farm at Newton St Cyres just north of Exeter, where the Quicke family have been for over 450 years.

The cheese is matured for 6-7 months and there is a smoked version available.
