Quesos de Companatge
Quesos de Companatge are a series of goats’ and ewes’ milk cheese produced on the island of Ibiza. The milk is from their own herd of goats and sheep. The cheeses are as follows:
Queso de cabra fresco
Excellent quality fresh goats’ milk cheese which is low in salt with a smooth texture and a mild, pleasant flavour. It is also an ideal product for using in desserts. Approx weight. 1.200 and 1.500 kg.
Queso de cabra
Produced with pasteurised goats’ milk. Available plain or coated with olive oil and paprika. Approx weight. 0.850 and 1.000 kg.
Queso de cabra batafaluga
Cheese made from pasteurised goats’ milk Its characteristic texture and mild flavour of the goat’s cheese contrast with the typical flavours of aromatic herbs from the Ibizan countryside. It is flavoured with aniseed. Approx weight. 0.850 and 1.000 kg.
Queso de oveja
Made with pasteurised ewes’ milk. Its flavour has the undisputable personality of good sheep’s milk. Fine and yet rustic. Available plain or coated with olive oil and paprika.

Queso de oveja con comino
Produced with pasteurised ewes’ milk and has added cumin. Approx weight. 0.850 and 1.000 kg.
Queso de oveja y cabra
Made from pasteurised ewes’ milk (60%) and goats’ milk (40%) and is mild with the texture of goats’ cheese contrasting with the special flavour of ewes’ cheese. The aromatic, pure milk features make it melt in the mouth. Approx weight. 0.700 and 1.000 kg.
