A fabulously fruity sauce for duck and pork. Great if you have easy access to an orchard!

  1. Put all ingredients in a small pan and bring to the boil
  2. Reduce to a gentle heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the plums are soft
  3. Stir well
  4. Strain sauce and remove skins
