Method

  1. Heat a small pan and cook the chorizo for 2 minutes to brown slightly.
  2. Drain off any fat from the pan and then add the baked beans, heating through for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Toast the bread, spread with the Philadelphia and top with the chorizo beans.
  4. Serve.
