- 50 g diced chorizo
- 415 g canned baked beans
- 2 thick slices Granary bread
- 60 g Philadelphia Light
Method
- Heat a small pan and cook the chorizo for 2 minutes to brown slightly.
- Drain off any fat from the pan and then add the baked beans, heating through for 2-3 minutes.
- Toast the bread, spread with the Philadelphia and top with the chorizo beans.
- Serve.
